Cancellation Policy
- Off Season: Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival date to
receive 100% of security deposit refunded. Otherwise, entire
security deposit is forfeited.
- Peak Season: Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival date to
receive 100% of security deposit refunded. Otherwise, entire
security deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival: Charged for one night's
stay.
- Failing to cancel a reservation results in a charge for the
entire stay.
* Please note: 11% tax and a Security Deposit are required for
each room. Security Deposit rates are as follows:
- One-Bedroom = $100
- Two-Bedroom = $125
